GE201 Warping Machine for Polyamide and Polyester Filament

Introduce for warping machine

This machine uses frequency transformer closed-loop adjusting speed system and (PLC) to make sure of externally fixed of warping linear speed and reliability when the machine is running. The main shaft adopts pneumatical brake so that force break becomes barger and adjustment becomes easier.

GE201 warping machine is suitable for polyamide and polyester filament, low elastic fiber, short-fiber yarn such as cotton yarn.


Main features for warping machine

1. Handle warp beam automatically.

2. The clamping device of warp beam is driven by motor, which insures locking of the fixed noment of rotation.

3. The extension reed can be adjusted on width and lateral atomatically.

4. Main motor is controlled by AC transducer and closed looptiming system and an encoding which insures the constant of warp speed.

5. It has the rotation counter which can self-stop when it up to the value.

6. The oiling device, front roller and borken yarn stopping device are equipped.
