I: Configuration

Warping Head
Function: the main function is winding the yarn from creel to the beam. The PLC of the electrical system adopts the product of Shenzhen huichuan company; the touch screen adopts the product of Wuxi tianren company; main frequency converter adopts the product of Shenzhen yinweiteng company; tension roller frequency converter adopts the product of Japan Anchuan company. The PLC, main frequency converter, tension roller frequency converter exchange the data by Modbus line, which is stable and reliable. When making the first beam, the system will automatically record and save the data. When making the sub-beam, it will compare the data with first beam's, then revise the output of tension roller frequency converter. Through changing the electromechanical distance to adjust the tension of yarn, it can keep the beam's perimeter same.
 

Active Let-off Tension Roller
 Function: it can balance the tension of yarn through warping. At the same time, the roller operates momentally in first beam. For sub-beam, system will change the tension of yarn through adjusting variable frequency motor's moment of up-roller according to real time situation, which can keep the final perimeter same. 
 

Yarn Storage    
Function: when yarn broken, the device can find it even be involved in the beam (maximum 10 meters) and improve the quality of warp beam.
 
4. Fueller
 Function: the oil roller delivers the oil to the surface yarn, when rotating during operation, which can decrease the fluff in weaving.
 

Self-stopping Device
Function: when the yarn is broking during warping, it can detect via lianr and stop the machine to improve the quality of warp beam.
 

Fluff Detector
Function: during warping when the fluff go through the shot, the device can detect it precisely and stop the machine to improve the quality of warp beam.
 

Creel 
 The structure of turn table creel facilitates in changing and connecting yarn to operator, which saves time and increases efficiency.

2.Main technical features:
2.1 The detector without pressure and simple structure of error control device will decrease the yarn friction and minimize the error.
2.2 Adopt touch screen, easy to operate and understand well.
2.3 Adopt fixed speed control method to achieve eternally warp speed.
2.4 The beam's loading and unloading is driven pneumatically and rising and falling in straight line so it runs steadily and orientates accurately.
2.5 Main shaft brakes pneumatically. The braking effect brakes well,
2.6 Front roller and extension reed move simultaneously, which balance the distribution of yarn.
2.7 The tension roller is equipped with movable spreader to avoid the wear of Points yarn needle
2.8 YZZ Damping Tension
