Introduction for Warping Machine

GE118 warping machine has good function. The warper has a closed circuit tension(PID)to make sure of the eternally fixed and accurate of the yarn. The micro-computer real-time monitoring system can detect beam's diameters in succession and regulate the tension at all time to make sure that diameters of a set of beams are equal. So the warping machine is stable, well equiped and easy to operate.

The standard parts of the warping machine including warper head, oiling device, yarn storage, yarn inspector, tensioner, eyelet board, and yarn creel, ect.

Main Features for Warping Machine

1. The micro-computer real-time monitoring system can detect beam's diameters in succession and regulate the tension at all time to make sure that diameters, outPerimeter and length of a set of beams are equal.

2. Revising warping parameter on line. Mother beam can revise warping length and sub-beam can revise outer perimeter and length.

3. The beam's load and unload is driven pneumatically and rises andfalls in straight line so it runs steadily and orientates accurately.

Use for the warping machine

The machine can warp the yarn which is wound on tge bobbin and used by the warp knitting machines on the beam for the needed number and length.

The yarn is chemical fabric such as cotton yarn, viscose filament yarn, mixed spinning yarn, cotton filament, filament, polyester and low elastic yarn ect.
