This is a roller bed conveying type and high-performance shot blasting cleaning equipment. The work piece which is to be cleaned will be transmitted to shot blast area inside clean room via speed adjusting motor on conveying roller bed. Then the work piece will be shot by shot blasters from 8 various and even arranged directions. After strong and intensive shot blasting and with the friction, the rust and oxide skin will go off, so the steel surface is formed a certain degree of roughness and also luster effect. At the same time, because the work piece has been strongly and completely hit, it has removed the stress and avoided work piece deformation.
On the working process, the dust and shot blaster combination will be collected to elevator by screw transport machine. Elevator and transport machine will carry them to separator which will make a fall of material. And then the wind will blow the dust, and the shot blasting pill will drop to hopper and then again throw out to do shot blasting work.
The air dust will be blow out through ventilation machine, and the filter bag will collect the dust and the efficiency can reach 99%. The purified air will be discharged.
The equipment is mainly consisted of several functional parts: Main and assist cleaning room, shot blaster, transmit system, pill skating pipe, elevator, separator, pill blow system, anti-dust system, electric control system.

Foundation
The drawing for machine installation position and pre-bury part as well as pit size is for reference. The user needs to consider the actual earth and under water condition, and also the machine weight to design the foundation.
Equipments Installation
The seller will be responsible for installation and commissioning with the support of user according to the actual condition.
Warranty
12 months from machine acceptance. Whole life's maintenance after warranty at low price.
The supplier will send engineer to buyer's site for installation and commissioning.
