This is a special and multi-function machine for welded section steel and H profile steel shot blasting cleaning machine. It is able to shot blast original steel surface in strong power, to eliminate the rust, welded slag and oxide skin, and to achieve a certain roughness and a even metallic luster surface. After the treatment, it is able to improve the steel plate surface coating quality and anti-corrosive capacity.
Application industry includes metal structure welding parts, steel products, rails vehicle, engineering machinery and bridge manufacturing industry.

HGP1220 series steel H beam shot blasting cleaning machine is automatically table roller continually passing type. It is specially used for steel H beam surface cleaning, strengthening, to get certain degree of surface roughness, to add paint coating adhesion force, to improve surface quality and anti-corrosive effect. Two shot blaster are on the left and right side of shot blasting room. They are assembled to the best position according to H beam condition. There are a layer of abrasion resistant protecting plate on the inside room surface, and it is inserted type so it is easy to change. The anti-dust system adopts American DONALDSON company technology, the cartridge type dust cleaner, with high efficient ability and low operation resistance, low size, small weight and easily to be changed. The dust release density is lower than the national environmental requirement.

Requirements to user company
(1) Your company operator properly use and operate the machine in accordance with the instructions, and arrange special personnel for managing the machine.
(2) Maintenance of the machine should be in accordance with the normal conservation steps, if your company identify problem, timely communication with us to resolve, please do not disassemble any part.
