Product Use

This product applies to the two-color, four-color sheet-fed offset printing press on coated paper, white version of paper substrate, suitable for printing high-level pictorial, trademarks and package products, etc., can be adapted to print 10,000-15,000 copies/ hour printing speed requirement.

Ink Properties

Test conditions:
1,IR: Viscometer 400rpm, 32℃, 1minute. Range: ±0.5mm

2,SR: parallel plate viscometer, 0.5ml, 60s diameter. Range: ±0.5mm

3, Setting: YQ-M-4A printability apparatus, 157 gram coated paper

Notes for User

 • “Butterfly”inks have excellent adaptability and function. But properties maybe changed with different printing conditions, printing stocks, post-printing conditions , the physical and chemical properties of press product.  Advising customers use inks after test.  • Period: three years. It still can be used more than the durability if pass through the examination of the performance index
