PPGI Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil is coated with organic layer, which provides higher anti-corrosion property and a longer lifespanthan that of galvanized steel sheets. The base metals for prepainted steel sheet consist of cold-rolled, HDG electro-galvanized and hot-dip Alu-zinc coated. The finish coats of prepainted steel sheets can be classfied into groups as follows: polysters, silicion modified polyesters, high-durability polyester, ect.

Package & Shipping

• Each bare coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye of coil (or not) and one circumferential.

• The contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors.

• Coil then to be properly wrapped with water proof /resistant paper, it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped.

• Wooden and iron pallet can be used or as your requirements. (Horizontal & Vertical).

2.What s the payment term?

30-50% TT in advance(based on your qty ), 70% balance against copy B/L in 7 workdays. Or L/C at sight.

3.When will you arrange production?

Within 7 workdays when we receive your advance payment.

4. When will you send BL copy?

Within 3-5 workdays after shipment date.

5. When will you send original Documents?

Within 3-5 workdays when we get the balance or get the original BL.

6. From we pay the advance to we get the goods what other service you can provide?

 A Send photos from raw material to shipment.
