NZG-31ⅡL型内燃钢轨钻孔机是专门用于对铁路钢轨进行快速钻孔的专用设备。本机由发动机、离合器、减速机构、进给系统、冷却系统、夹轨装置、空心钻头等部件组成。

● 孔距定位装置：配有孔距定位尺和定位卡爪，可分别对不同规格的钢轨进行准确定位，确保钻孔孔距符合铁路标准。

● 冷却系统：气压式强制冷却，自动给水，可有效润滑和冷却钻头，延长其使用寿命。

● 整机：无须外来动力，携带方便。

NZG-31ⅡLinternal combustion rail driller is a special tool used for rapid drilling rails of railway. The machine consists of engine, gear reducer, feeding system, cooling device, rail clamping device and hollow drilling tools.

● Power: imported four-stroke engine as power source, strong power, stable revolution, seldom failure, and reliable function.

● Gearing mechanism: composed with one group of precise gears

● Power transmission mode: clutch is connected to engine and gear box, no power loss during transmission. When the resistance of drilling and grinding increasing, the power can be cut off timely to protect engine and gear box.

● Feeding mode: gasoline electric manual control, rack feeding mode. It has features of big feeding torque, even speed, stable running and easy operation.

● Clamping device: high-strength screw clamping mode, quick clamping, accurate positioning, and convenient operation.

● Pitch positioning and chuck: specialized pitch positioning ruler and chucking claw for various type of rails

● Cooling system: pneumatic type, enforcing air cooling. Effectively lubricating and cooling the drilling bit.
