Product Description
Bulk handling conveyor belts have many applications in today’s mining and quarry industries. Because of their reliability, versatility, and range of capacities; belt conveyors are the most common type of bulk handling conveyor belt system. Wear Liners are designed to be an integral part of any bulk handling conveyor system.
ABOSN Wear Liners is Ultra High Moleculaer Weight Polyethylene(UHMWPE) occupies the extreme end of the polyethylene performance spectrum. With a molecular weight ranging from 3 to 7 million g/mol, ABOSN UHMWPE properties have met the full range of material flow, friction and wear challenge associated with bulk materials.
Excellent properties for UHMWPE for handle bulk:
1. Very low dynamic friction coefficient(15)
2. Extrene wear resistance (200% higher than stainless steel)
3. Resistance to chemicals
4. Corrosion resistance
5. High impact strength(up to 170kj/m²)
6. Service temperature range -260℃ to + 80℃
