Moulded Black Virgin Polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE sheet
Product Description
PTFE sheet (often incorrectly referred to as TEFLON® sheet) has excellent resistance to the majority of chemicals and solvents and is capable of operating at high and low temperatures. It also has a very low coefficient of friction and is commonly used in food contact applications. PTFE sheet provides good thermal stability and has good electrical properties, but is not suitable for wear application and is difficult to bond.
Temperature: -200°C to +260°C
Key Features: Hot water resistant and anti-adhesive. Very good sliding properties and very good UV resistance. Gamma radiation sensitive and non melting. Self extinguishing V-0.
Applications: Gaskets and seals, slide bearings, insulators, washers and rollers.

Abosn can produce Anti-static grade PTFE Sheet, which have passed the SGS test. Anti-static PTFE Sheet color can be white and black, size can be customized.
