Equipment Introduction

GFM Series Full Automatic High Speed Film Laminator is specialized in water based glue film coating job, it can also be applied to solvent-based glue or precoated film and non glue film. First, the machine coats the glue on the film then dried by the big diameter drying roller together with the drying system. In the meanwhile, the sheet is transferred to the laminating unit by the automatic feeder and laminated with the film and pressed by pressing roller through heating and

pressing. The pressing roller adopts circulating water (oil) heating system and the drying roller adopts electromagnetic external heating. The combination of these two system make the temperature supply quick and stable. The finished product can be delivered with roll or be cut a notch by the rotary disk knife and separated by rollers. The delivery can be either manually or automatically.

Function Characteristics

●The feeder is equipped with pre-loading devices which allows non-stop feeding.

●The feeding table adopts two wide suction belts together with integral movable pressing wheel, ensuring a stable feeding and simple adjustment.

●The powder removal device adopts hot-pressing static mechanism, sticking powder and pre-heating the paper, enabling the machine to run at a high speed.

●The laminating roller adopts double layer spiral waterway design, which makes the roller fast in temperature rising and higher heat efficiency and the isothermal error of the roller is less than 2℃ under a high speed running.

●Drying roller adopts φ800 big diameter roller, electromagnetic external heating method ensures a fast and stable heating,

●The drying system adopts energy saving hot air circulation, which has features of fast drying and less power consumption.

●The laminating roller adopts an air-hydraulic booster together with a 80 diameter hydraulic cylinder, it can make a normal production under the 8Mpa. The system is durable and has no oil leakage

●Equipped with pneumatic shaft and film lifting device, it is easy for film loading.

●The separator is equipped with a flatten devices for thinner paper, it is cooperated with the tension adjustor for paper flatness.

●Rotary disk knife with pinwheel perforating device to ensure high-speed separating.

●Four widen belts are equipped on the the separator, making it faster to adjust the machine.

●The delivery unit has automatic speed up function on fault-separating sheet to remove the connected sheet and reduce the stopping times.

●Automatic pivoting device allows sheet to be transferred into the manual delivery unit when delivery tunnel is detected to be in jam, reducing the sheet rejection rate.

●4 sets of side jogger and one set back jogger ensures tidy delivery of big size strip paper.
