1. Single screw extruder:

High efficient single screws, specially designed for plastic material to ensure uniformed plasticization, high extrusion. Stable temperature controlling system can guarantee high quality corrugated pipe extrusion. 

2. Extrusion Mould:

High quality design die head will ensure high speed extrusion and avoid the thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics and get high quality pipes. 

3. Forming machine with forming block:

Gear driven system with 100% water cooling system.It is adopted track working method to ensure 20-30m/min speed. High precision forming block ensure a better surface of the corrugated pipe. Blowing and vacuum system is optional according customers request.

4. Colier:

Single wheel coiler and double wheel coiler, it is coiling automaticly, 1-21m/min.

The optimum spiral structure-feeding throat highly improves the output of extruder;

Accurate temperature control system ensures materials melting performance;

Unique screw design achieves better plasticizing and high quality products;

Precisely designed gearbox with a high torsion guarantees stable running;

"H" shape frame to decrease vibrating of extruder;

Our high-speed production line can continuously produce PE, PP, EVA, PVC and other single wall corrugated pipes. The plastic single wall corrugated pipes produced by our production line are characterized by smooth inner and outer walls, consistent joints, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength, good flexibility, etc. It is widely used in the fields of automobile harness, electrical wiring for home decoration, electrical wiring, machine tool wiring, protective sleeve for lighting wiring, air conditioning, washing machine, wash basin drain pipe, medical equipment ventilator, etc.

The high-speed plastic single wall corrugated pipe production line carefully developed by our company has high degree of automation and stable performance.

The molding machine adopts horizontal full closed structure, which is easy to operate and elegant in appearance. Through the gear transmission module, the formwork is cooled by water, the products are cooled by air, and the molding track is long, so that the corrugated pipe produced has fast molding speed, uniform corrugated shape, consistent seams and smooth inner and outer walls Smooth, stable quality, and can maintain high-speed operation.

After forming, the bellows joint is very perfect, no staggered joint can ensure the strength of the pipe, not easy to damage, beautiful appearance, and the machine can run for a long time without stopping. Under the control of water cooling and air cooling, the line speed can reach 25-30 meters per minute, which is three times of the production speed of the honest production line. The bellows forming machine can be equipped with 90 pairs of modules.

The forming die is run by gear and rail, and the replacement of the die is convenient for 15 minutes. It can be designed on a pair of molds to accommodate two sizes of apertures. It is easy to operate, does not need to change the grinding tools frequently, reduces the time of changing the molds, improves the working efficiency, and saves the cost of the molds. The unique threading technology is easy to operate, which makes the bellows threading more convenient.
