Steam Reforming Catalyst P-R412Q/P-R413Q

The catalyst P-R412Q/P-R413Q proposed is a steam reforming catalyst with nickle as active component. It is used in steam reforming process of hydrocarbons to produce hydrogen, ammonia synthesis gas, methanol Synthesis gas, oxo-synthesis gas, carbon monoxide, etc. P-R412Q and P-R413Q are loaded into reformer tubes in a certain ratio, P-R412Q loaded in the top part and P-R413Q loaded in the bottom part. P-R413Q can also be used alone for the whole tube loading.

Compared to similar catalyst on the market, the catalyst proposed have below advantages:

(1) The application conditions of this catalyst is wide.

Adapt to natural gas, oil field associated gas and other gaseous hydrocarbon feedstock, which can be used alone or in combination.

And it can be used in various types of tubular reformers with top-fired, side-fired, bottom-fired firebox, heat exchange, etc.

(2) Excellent reforming activity. The proprietary carrier modification technique makes active components more firmly bound to the support, leading to better catalyst stability in both activity and structure.

(3) The catalyst shape of 4-hole cylinder with dome provides it with large external geometric surface area, higher porosity lower pressure drop, and better gas flow distribution etc.

(4) Excellent reducibility: through self-circulation reduction, natural gas feedstock can be directly introduced into the reformer without extra activation in advance

(5) Excellent anti-poisoning and regeneration properties: can be self-renewal by optimizing operation conditions when slightly poisoned by sulfur or chlorine, while in-situ regeneration can be performed when poisoned seriously.

(6) Suitable for steam reforming process with or without pre-reformer, even for pre-reformer switching on/off cases.
