Low Temperature CO Conversion Catalyst Low temperature CO conversion catalyst
The catalyst is a kind CuO-ZnO-Al2O3 catalyst, used for low temperature CO conversion to promote the reaction of CO and water vapor to produce hydrogen and CO2 at low temperature (180 ~ 260℃). At present, it is widely used for CO low temperature conversion process in synthetic ammonia plant or hydrogen production plant, in order to purify crude hydrogen or feed gas for ammonia synthesis.
Reaction process as below:
CO+H2O=CO2+H2 +41.9kJ/mol
KLB-201 catalyst has the characteristics of good activity at low temperature, good activity at wide temperature range, low bulk density and high strength.
KLB-201 catalyst does not contain free water, so there is no need to arrange extra dehydration treatment during reduction process at temperature rising, and ensure that the strength of the product avoids becoming lower due to dehydration during reduction.
