PSA-H2 Purification Adsorbents
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) H2 purification requires specific adsorbents including selected molecular sieve, activated carbon, silica gel and activated alumina. These adsorbents have good separation performance between impurities and the product gas, improving the product gas recovery rate, saving raw material consumption and lowering energy consumption. The duty of the adsorbent proposed is to remove water, CO2, Sulfur, C2+hydrocarbon, CH4, CO, N2, etc. from feed stock. These specific adsorbents (all/some) are combined in a proper proportion loading in one single adsorption vessel.
