Ammonia Synthesis Catalyst

This catalyst is a catalyst of bi-active components, with ferroferric oxide (Fe3O4) as the main component, containing an appropriate amount of auxiliaries such as cobalt oxide, alumina oxide, potassium oxide, calcium oxide, etc.

This catalyst contains bi-active components, mainly used in ammonia synthesis unit. Made from high-quality raw materials and advanced production technology, this catalyst has wider application temperature zone, higher activity, long service life and excellent product performance. Compared to similar catalyst on the market, this catalyst can improve ammonia concentration by 1-2% higher. Products both in oxidation state and in pre-reduction state are available.

Product Advantages:

(1) Excellent activity at low temperature and good thermal stability. Normal operation temperature is 340～550℃.

(2) Excellent activity under the operation conditions of low pressure.It is not only suitable for low pressure ammonia synthesis, but also suitable for middle and high pressure ammonia synthesis. Operation pressure can be controlled within 8.0～31.4Mpa.

(3) A special kind of auxiliary is added, which potassium ion stay longer on the catalyst surface, thus greatly improving the thermal stability and service life of the catalyst.

(4) Long service life. Under normal operation conditions, the catalyst service life is over 15 years.
