Alumina Claus Catalyst (Equivalent to CR-3S)

This catalyst is a kind of Al2O3-based sulfur recovery catalyst with large specific surface area and large pore volume. The comprehensive performance has reached the international advanced level, suitable for Claus sulfur recovery unit in the field of petrochemical, coal chemical and other fields. It can be used in any reactors of the sulfur recovery unit, loading in full bed or layered loading with other different functions or types of catalysts.

Advantages:

(1) Large specific surface area, more active centers, high activity and good stability of activity ;

(2) The pore structure of the catalyst has a bimodal distribution of pores, and the micro-pores provide a large specific surface area, active center and ensure the catalyst has sufficient mechanical strength. An appropriate amount of large pores reduces the diffusion limitation of process gas inside the catalyst particles, which is conducive to the reactants reaching the active center more easily.

(3) The catalyst has high strength, low attrition rate and long service life.
