CO Removal Catalyst 19A
1. To replace BASF R3-16/R3-15.
2. Brief introduction and application
It is developed for the removal of CO from polymerized ethylene raw materials, as well as the removal of trace impurities such as O2, H2S and COS in raw materials. Trace impurities such as O2, H2O, H2S, COS, AsH3 and PH3 are easy to poison and deactivate the polymerization catalyst, which affecting the normal process of polyethylene production. The catalyst belongs to copper zinc catalyst, prepared by coprecipitation method, the active components dispersed uniformly, has high selectivity and activity; At the same time, it has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, good performance, large capacity, easy operation and so on.
