CO Removal Catalyst 19B
1. To replace BASF R3-17.
2. Brief introduction and application
It is developed for the removal of CO from polymerized grade propylene raw materials, and can also remove trace impurities such as O2, H2S, COS, arsenic and phosphorus in the raw materials. Trace impurities such as O2, H2O, H2S, COS, AsH3, PH3 and so on are easy to poison and deactivate the polymerization catalyst, thus affecting the normal production of polypropylene. The catalyst belongs to copper-zinc catalyst, which is prepared by coprecipitation method. The active components are uniformly dispersed, and have high selectivity and activity. At the same time, it has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, good use effect, large capacity, easy operation and so on.
